Kale Chips: Yum Yum

We’ve been trying to find ways to include healthful foods into our diet but still like to eat the junk we know we shouldn’t. So how do we make junk out of good stuff?

KALE CHIPS!

Yep, we’ve made nice crispy chips out of kale. And it is super easy!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250

Wash and dry your bunch of kale and remove the leaves (you can tear into bite size pieces if you want). In a casserole dish, put the kale and toss it in a cap full of virgin olive oil. You want all the kale to have some oil on it but not be soggy. If you want to sprinkle a bit of salt or garlic or other spice, now is when to do it.

Bake for 60 minutes or until crispy.

Put on your favorite Juliska Berry and Thread plate (as shown in picture and which you can buy at The Canopy) and enjoy!
