What Not To Eat…

It is pretty much that time of year where we all head to stadiums and watch our favorite teams throwing the pigskin. It also means we have to decide what to eat at these sporting events.  And I don’t know about you, but we Canopy girls want to make the smartest choices we can. Afterall, it takes work to look as good as we do.

So don’t pick that Turkey BLT Wrap! Pick a hamburger with lettuce and tomatoes. It is the cheese, bacon, and mayonnaise that are so bad for you. Two tablespoons of mayo has 200 calories, where ketchup has 30 and mustard has 0 for the same amount.

But really what I want you to remember is have fun and drink plenty of water. Because gosh is it hot out there!
